Well, as I understand, inviolability of the person implies that no one has the right to strike you, curse with or without witnesses, offend your feelings, and so on. Who has not encountered this? The day does not pass, so that there are no reports of murders, they can be insulted everywhere. It turns out that the inviolability of the person is supposed, but how much this item is implemented depends not so much on the state, but on citizens. It’s like the right to live anywhere in the country, freedom of movement ... All of them are very relative and controversial, but without such constitutional right it would probably be useless to work out other laws.
