Perform gymnastics without glasses, an hour after eating, once a day, 10 minutes standing or sitting.
For 3 - 4 months, you can improve vision by 2 - 3 diopters.
Do exercises slowly, with measured calm breathing, facing north, try not to blink, fix attention on the area between the eyebrows.
1.Putting the index finger (men - right hand, women - left) to the tip of the nose, the finger is parallel to the floor.
Mow look at the tip of your finger, do not blink! Simultaneously with fixing the look on the fingertip, perform a full inhalation and a full exhalation.
Perform 1 - 3 times.
2.Similar to the first, but the finger is attached to the area between the eyebrows. Perform 1 - 3 times.
3.Attach the index finger of the right hand to the tip of the nose. Mow look at the tip of your finger.
With a full breath, remove your finger from the nose as far as possible (at arm's length). Look at the tip of your finger. With the exhale, bring the finger back to the nose.It is carried out 1-3 times.

7.Performed sitting on a chair. The back is straight. Look at your fingertips.
With a slow inhale, start moving your arm to the right until it stops, without taking your eyes off your fingertips.
With the exit slowly, continuing to follow the tips of the fingers, return the hand to its original position.
Then with a breath do the same thing, but in the other direction.
It is carried out 3 times in each direction. Then do all the movements with the other hand.
8.Take a full breath, close your eyes. On the exhale, massage the eyeballs with the second phalanges of the thumbs.On delay, open your eyes, cover them with your palms and stay in that position for the duration of the whole exhalation delay (the eyes are open and relaxed during the whole delay).
