  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • A few tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • Greens (parsley, dill and so on);
  • Salt, pepper to taste.

Finely chop the garlic and onion. Ham cut into larger cubes. Heat the butter and fry the ham, onion, and garlic over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Cut the tomato into cubes and add it to the pan, along with the beans, rice and spices.Mix everything thoroughly and, after about 3 minutes, add hot broth. Stew the dish should be covered, on low heat, for about twenty minutes. Sausage fry separately on low heat, pre-cut it in thick circles. After everything is ready, put the sausage on a plate, on the finished rice. Sprinkle with greens on top.
